- 料金ページに表示する価格のとおりです。価格はすべて税別で表示しており、別途消費税を加算します。Personal は月額980円または年額9,800円（1席）、Team は1席あたり月額1,500円または年額15,000円、Business（50席以上）およびセルフホスト版（20席以上・年間契約）は個別にお見積りします。

必要な料金 - 消費税、インターネット接続に必要な通信費。セルフホスト版をご利用の場合は、お客様自身の AWS アカウントに発生するモデル利用料。
- 支払方法
- クレジットカード決済（決済代行：Stripe, Inc.）。Business プランは請求書払いです。Team プランの請求書払い・銀行振込は、ご相談に応じて対応します。
- 支払時期
- お申込み時にお支払いいただきます。以後は、月額プランは毎月の更新日、年額プランは毎年の更新日に自動的に決済されます。請求書払いの場合は、別途定める支払期限までにお支払いいただきます。
- サービスの提供時期
- 決済完了後、ただちにご利用いただけます。無料トライアルはお申込み後ただちに開始し、14日間ご利用いただけます。クレジットカードの登録は不要です。
- 契約期間・自動更新・
解約方法 -
契約期間は、月額プランは1カ月、年額プランは1年です。期間満了時に同一条件で自動的に更新されます。
解約は管理画面からいつでも行えます。解約は当該契約期間の満了時に効力が生じ、それまでは引き続きご利用いただけます。残りの期間分の返金はありません。
無料トライアルは14日間で終了し、有料契約へ移行しない限り課金は発生しません。
- 返品・キャンセル
- デジタルサービスの性質上、お支払い後の返金は承っておりません。上記の方法で解約いただくことで、次回以降の請求は発生しません。
- 動作環境
- macOS 13 以降（Apple シリコンおよび Intel）。アクセシビリティの許可が必要です。インターネット接続が必要です。管理画面のご利用には最新のウェブブラウザが必要です。Windows 版・Linux 版は開発中で、現時点では提供していません。

- Seller: JapanMarketing LLC (JapanMarketing合同会社). Responsible person: Takumi Endoh.

- Prices: as shown on the pricing section, in Japanese yen, tax excluded; consumption tax is added. Personal ¥980 a month or ¥9,800 a year (1 seat). Team ¥1,500 per seat a month or ¥15,000 per seat a year. Business (50+ seats) and the self-hosted licence (from 20 seats, annual) are quoted individually.
- Other costs: consumption tax and your internet connection. Self-hosted customers also pay their own AWS model usage.
- Payment: credit card via Stripe, Inc. Business plans are billed by invoice; Team plans can be billed by invoice or bank transfer on request.
- Timing: charged at sign-up and then on each monthly or annual renewal date. The Service is available immediately after payment. The 14-day trial starts immediately and needs no credit card.
- Term, renewal and cancellation: monthly and annual plans renew automatically. Cancel at any time in the admin console; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the remaining period. The trial ends without charge unless you subscribe.
- Refunds: as a digital service, payments already made are not refunded.
- System requirements: macOS 13 or later (Apple silicon and Intel), the Accessibility permission and an internet connection. Windows and Linux versions are in development and not yet available.
