How it works
A shortcut, a few words, Return.
That is all.
No window to switch to, no prompt to write, no copy and paste. ReplyFive sits in the menu bar and works inside the app you are already in.
Press the shortcut in the reply box
Leave the cursor in the field you want to reply from and press the shortcut. ReplyFive reads that conversation and opens its panel in front. The app you were in stays active.
Could you do 10% off next week's order?
Type the gist
"No discount. Can ship a week earlier instead." That is enough. Formality and layout follow the person and the app automatically.
Press Return
The finished reply is written into the field you were in. Read it and send. ⌥Return opens it for review first, esc closes without a trace.
Per person
Same few words. Different reply for each person.
Matched to the other person's language, the app and the thread so far. A full email with greeting and sign-off for a client, a polite note for your manager, a concise line for a teammate, Japanese for a contact in Japan.
Features
Only what a reply needs, right in the panel.
Who you are writing to, the language and the level of formality are read from the conversation. Set things up once; after that you only type a few words.
-
Reads the thread, knows who you're writing to
It reads the conversation area of the app in front and addresses the reply to the sender of the latest message. Click the name in the panel to see what was read.
-
Continues the conversation
Recent messages with each person stay encrypted on your Mac, so the reply reads as a continuation and keeps names and topics straight.
-
The other person's language
The reply comes back in the language of the conversation in front of you. Japanese thread, Japanese reply. You can also pin a language in Settings.
-
Learns how you write
The replies you insert, and the edits you make, are kept per person on your Mac and shape the next reply to the same person. Turn it off or delete it any time in Settings.
-
Meaning checked before insertion
Every fact and decision you typed is kept, and the reply is addressed to the right person, before it goes in. If your words can be read two ways, both versions are offered.
-
Flags what you forgot to answer
If the other person is waiting for a yes or no, an answer, a date or a deliverable and your words don't cover it, the panel says so before inserting. Add a few words and it's in the reply.
-
Review, rewrite, copy
⌥Return shows the reply for editing before it is inserted. Not quite right? Rewrite. Apps that do not accept direct insertion get a copy to paste.
-
Reads the screen when it has to
In apps that do not expose their text, such as LINE, it reads the conversation visible on screen once when you press the shortcut. No images are kept.
Also: change the shortcut, set your name, pin the reply language, always review before inserting, launch at login. A draft written on your Mac appears the moment you stop typing, and stays if the network drops.
Teams
The whole team replies right away.
Sales, customer support, general affairs, accounting, HR, PR. Whatever the department, someone is waiting for a reply. When each person can answer in five seconds, conversations inside and outside the company stop stalling and more exchanges fit into a day.
An illustration: six departments of one company, six enquiries arriving at once.
Customers never wait
A finished, properly formal reply goes out the moment the enquiry arrives. Nothing piles up in "I'll write that later", so fewer messages get missed.
More exchanges, faster decisions
Fast replies bring fast answers back. Several exchanges fit into one day, so quotes and schedules get settled the same day.
Invite once, everyone has it
On the Team plan, invite colleagues from the admin console and it works on each person's Mac, Windows or Linux machine. The price stays the same however many people join.

FAQ
The things people ask before they install it.
Which apps does it work in?
Every messaging and mail app on Mac, Windows and Linux: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Mail, LINE, LINE WORKS, Chatwork, Google Chat, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Discord, Telegram, Zoom and any other app with a text field. In most apps the reply is written straight into the field you were in.
A few apps do not accept direct insertion. There ReplyFive copies the reply for you to paste and tells you so.
Is it really five seconds?
Five seconds is the typical time from pressing the shortcut, typing a few words, to the reply appearing in your field. A draft written on your Mac appears the moment you stop typing, then the finished reply replaces it. Long replies or a slow connection can take a few seconds more.
Does it ever send a message on my behalf?
No. ReplyFive stops at writing the reply into your field. Whether to send is always your decision, and there is no setting that changes this. It never leaves drafts in your mail or chat either.
Can my team or company use it?
Yes. On the Team plan you invite colleagues from the admin console, and everyone is covered by one flat price with no limit on headcount. For company-wide rollouts, or if text cannot leave your company (running entirely inside your own infrastructure), ask about the Enterprise plan by email.
Which languages does it write in?
All of them. The reply comes back in the language of the conversation in front of you: a Japanese thread gets Japanese, a German thread gets German. There is no language to select, and nothing to change when you switch during the day.
Why does it need the Accessibility permission?
To read the message you are replying to when you press the shortcut, and to write the finished reply into your field. Both require the Accessibility permission on macOS. It reads only the conversation area of the chat or mail app in front; it never watches the whole screen and never saves images.
Which operating systems are supported?
Mac (macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon and Intel), Windows and Linux. The same account signs in on any of them.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the admin console. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, and the remaining period is not refunded. The 14-day trial needs no credit card and simply ends if you do nothing.
Stop rewriting the same reply.
Fourteen days free, no credit card, in the chat and mail apps you already use.
